Presentation Guidelines

The conference will feature three types of presentations: Invited Talks, Short Talks, and Sponsor Talks.

1. Invited Talks: 30 minutes presentation followed by 10 minutes for questions and discussion.
2. Short Talks: 15 minutes presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
3. Sponsor Talks: 20 minutes presentation followed by 10 minutes for questions and discussion.

Please note that participants will be assigned to Short Talks only.

All speakers are kindly requested to prepare their presentations in advance and ensure they are saved in both PowerPoint and PDF formats on a USB key prior to the conference.

In addition, a submission link will be provided a couple days before the conference to allow speakers to upload their presentations ahead of time.
